This year, I resolve to slow down, to pay attention with both ears when my kids call my name, to make dinner from fresh ingredients more often than from frozen, and to do at least three out things on my to-do list each day. I would like to be more positive about my small accomplishments (folding the laundry as soon as it comes out of the dryer) and give myself a break if I don't quite meet my goals (and the clean laundry sits in a laundry basket for a week until I get around to it!) It sounds so sane and easy this way. We'll see...Let's spend this month talking about our resolutions, and how we can make them stick longer than wet spaghetti on a kitchen ceiling!
